What makes you the best.

In order to be the best in the mixed martial arts arena you need to react fast, you need to be durable meaning you must be able to take some hits, you must move(dance) arround the ring a lot to make it hard for the opponent to hit you and you have to deal lightning fast attacks which are accurate and won't miss.

In total all martial arts winners has the same qualities: Speed, Balance, Strenght and Accuracy.

So the martial arts that i chose weren't just by accident or because i like those martial arts best. I chose them because they will provide you with all these qualities which are vital for every martial artist.

Kung Fu will provide you with incredible speed of your punches and kicks. It will also give you good accuracy. The reason why Kung Fu masters don't triumf often in fights against other martial arts is because they lack of strenght. Their punches and kicks are fast but the damage they deal is not so hard to take.

Muay Thai will provide you with the deadliest knee and elbow strikes as well as with strong kicks. This martial arts is as deadly as it can get. The fighters are merciless and they give in their best to win. Muay Thai fights are fierce.

Jiu-Jitsu will provide you with best skills in the so called "tapout" wins. They are called tapout wins because this way the opponent is forced to submit because he can't escape the position he is at. Jiu-Jitsu is the best grapling sport today because they use very advanced moves and joint manipulations to get the opponent to surrender.

Boxing will provide you with the hardest, most powerful punch. That is the reason i chose boxing. Boxers fight only with their fists so it's inevitable to have the most powerful punch from all the other martial artists.

Ninjitsu will provide you with great balance, stability and accuracy. Also it will teach you the weak links of the human body and will teach you how to use those links against your opponent. Like certain nerv strikes and blood flow hits to cause massive pain to the opponent or even kill him.

Body Building is important because with this you will get the proper amount of power and strenght to deal the most damage possible.

So it has come to the end where if you manage to combine all these martial arts and mix them up properly in a fight i can guarantee that you will be undefeatable.

Body Building

And the last but not least Body Building. This is important for every single sport because in order to perform better you need to pump up some muscle tissue.

You can improve your muscles by going to the gym and do some weight lifting but only do this with trainer who knows what he is doing because you can easily overwork your muscles and that is not a good thing to do.

By improving and strengthening your muscles you achieve power so your punches and kicks will deal much more damage to the opponent which is in your favor because you want to win. The harder you hit the faster the opponent will fall.

Ninjitsu

Ninjitsu is the ancient art of the ninja shadow warriors of Japan. It is a unique method of moving and thinking which developed our system often referred to us the art of winning.

Ninjitsu is a complete fighting system dealing with the physical, mental and spiritual aspects of student development. Techniques cover locks, throws, ground fighting, multiple attacks, modern weaponry.

This art will give you incredible balance which will allow you to move swiftly and will make you very agile and slippery for the opponent.

This art is based on the knowledge of human anatomy. Ninjitsu experts use nerv strikes and other strikes which are very dangerous for the human body to disable it and kill the target. Ninjitsu was used by the shadow warriors, assasins that we know as Ninja.

The training for this art is very hard and requires a lot of dedication and will-power to succeed in mastering it. But in the end you won't be dissapointed of the results.

This may be the most important martial art you will need to become a challenging opponent in the mixed martial art arena. Because this art develops sipernatural balance and gives you the knowledge of the human body and shows you where it's weakest links are.

Here is a video which shows part of the ninjitsu technique.
